Support & Service - Having problems accessing Dawns place? Have a question
regarding your billing info, username and password, wish
to cancel your account or are having technical issues with
Dawn's Place?
If you cannot find the information you are looking for,
contact me below, but make sure that you provide your username,
subscription number, credit card processor you chose, and
email address used at signup. This information is vital
to the speed at which I can assist you.
If you are using WINXP, and having login problems, then you probably are using Firewall settings that are blocking your computer from access. Please remove them by unchecking the "Protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet" box, reboot and you should have access again.

I requested my password but it wasn't sent!
There is probably an error in the email address you supplied when
you signed up.
Fill in the page below and I will look into the problem. Be sure to enter

I remember my username & password but I still can't log in!
First, make sure you are entering all the required info correctly, username and password are CASE SENSITIVE!.
Also, make sure you are entering the 6 digit number requested on the page. Refresh the page to make sure you are getting this number.If this number is not showing up properly, check to see if you have java enabled in your browser.
Then, if your internet provider using a rotating proxy service, such as
AOL, then also try have your browser options it is set for "no proxy server
connection to the internet". Go

If you have previously been able to log into the site and can no longer
do so, the problem may one of the following:
1. You have to enter the username and password EXACTLY as you entered
them when you signed up.
The server is case sensitive, and upper and lower case must be exact or
the login will be rejected. 90% of all password problems we handle usually revolve around this issue.
2. Your membership has expired, or a monthly renewal charge failed.
The credit card companies have many reasons for not allowing a recurring
billing, including change of address, decline or lack of funds, lack of credit or instructions from
the cardholder, etc.
3.The login and password may have been disabled because the
username and password was found to have been traded and multiple users
logged in with your entries.
Your IP Threshold exceeded (4).
The membership area tracks the number of different PC's (IP addresses)
that use the same username/password. This is to prevent many people from
sharing the same username/password.
If you log on using more then 3 different PC's you will get this error.
Also, if your PC is configured to obtain a new IP address every time you
connect to the internet, and you log in more than 3 times during a 24
hour period eventually this problem could occur.
4. If you are getting redirected to a serach engine called 'Common Name, this is because you have software installed on your computer
that is redirecting you there. This software, also called 'commonname', is usually installed in the background while you install P2P network sofware, such as Kazza or Bearshare etc.
You will have to remove 'Commonname' from your computer to regain access into the site .
